| 总结国医大师王晞星教授基于升降理论运用黄连汤临证经验。以升降理论为指导，认为黄连汤可以升降阴阳、调理气机。针对脾寒胃热型患者，治以清温并用、调和中焦气机；针对胆热胃寒型患者，治以清胆和胃、和解阴阳气机；针对心肾不交型患者，治以交通心肾、疏通上下气机。王教授将黄连汤广泛应用于脾胃疾病、肿瘤疾病、代谢疾病及各种疑难杂症的诊治中，进一步完善了黄连汤的理论基础与临床应用。 |

| Summarizes the experience of Professor WANG Xixing，a Master of National Medicine，in the application of Huanglian Decoction based on the theory of elevation and deconstruction. Based on the theory of ascending-descending，Huanglian Decoction can elevate yin and yang and regulate qi. For patients with spleen cold and stomach heat，the treatment is to clear and warm the spleen，and harmonize the qi of the middle jiao；for patients with gallbladder heat and stomach cold，the treatment is to clear the gallbladder and harmonize the stomach， and reconcile the yin and yang qi；and for patients with heart-kidney disorders，the treatment is to communicate with the heart and kidneys，and dredge the qi of the upper and lower regions. Professor WANG has widely used Huanglian Decoction in the diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases，tumor diseases，metabolic diseases，various difficult and miscellaneous diseases，further improving the basic theory and clinical application of Huanglian Decoction. |
