基于文献研究的团体标准《中医养生保健（非医疗）技术操作规范 耳部按摩》修订思路与内容

摘要:

[目的] 基于文献研究确立中华中医药学会团体标准《ZYYXH/T163—2010中医保健技术操作规范 第6部分：耳部保健按摩》的修订思路与修订内容，以适应中医养生保健服务领域的变化发展，更好地满足人民健康所需。[方法] 采用“多维证据体”模式，以国家政策为指导、以标准文件为依据、以学术论文为参考，收集多维度文献证据，为本次修订提供意见参考和证据支持，也为后期专家调研等工作奠定良好基础。[结果] 经筛选，最终纳入相关国家政策1项、标准文件8部、论文169篇。据此共形成6条修订意见和建议，内容涵盖术语定义、操作流程、相关技术内容等方面。并对1处分歧进行讨论，给出推荐意见。[结论] 经过严谨的文献研究过程，初步形成了适用于养生保健领域的科学、实用、规范的耳部保健按摩操作修订标准草案，提高了原标准的质量和实用性，后续将严格遵照标准研制流程，进行专家研讨、访谈及广泛征求意见等，使其得到进一步完善和优化，确保最终发布的标准在实际操作中的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:

[Objective] Based on literature research，the revision ideas and content of the group standard of China Association of Chinese Medicine “ZYYXH/T163-2010 Operation Specification for Chinese Medicine Health Care Technology Part 6：Auricular Massage for Health Care” was established to adapt to the changing development of the field of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） health care services and better meet the needs of people’s health. [Methods] Adopting the “multi-dimensional evidence body” model，guided by national policies，based on standard documents，and referenced by academic papers，multi-dimensional literature evidence was collected to provide advice and evidence support for this revision，and also lay a good foundation for later expert investigations and other work. [Results] After screening，one relevant national policy，eight standard documents，and 169 papers were finally included. Based on this，six revision opinions and suggestions were formed，covering terminology definitions，operational procedures，and related technical content. And one disagreement was discussed，and recommendations were given. [Conclusion] Through a rigorous literature research process，a scientific，practical，and standardized revised draft of auricular massage operation for health care in the field of health care has been initially formed，which improves the quality and practicality of the original standard. In the future，the standard development process will be strictly followed to conduct expert discussions，interviews，and extensive consultation to further improve and optimize it，ensuring the effectiveness and feasibility of the final released standard in practical operations.
