| 近年来，巴雷特食管（BE）的发病率逐年上升，表现为食管下段鳞状上皮被柱状上皮所取代，由慢性胃食管反流发展而来，严重者可发展为食管腺癌（EAC），不同地区对于巴雷特食管的诊断标准存在差异。本文旨在总结巴雷特食管的诊疗方案及指南、中医药理论认识、中医药临床依据及机制探讨、当前存在的问题及发展建议，从而对中医药在治疗巴雷特食管方面进行详细综述。 |

| In recent years，the incidence of Barrett’s esophagus（BE） has been increasing annually. BE is characterized by the replacement of the normal squamous epithelium in the lining of the distal esophagus by columnar epithelium，developing from chronic gastroesophageal reflux. Severe cases may progress to Esophageal adenocarcinoma，and diagnostic criteria of BE vary across regions. This review aims to summarize the diagnosis and treatment protocols and guidelines for BE，the theoretical understanding and clinical evidence in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM），mechanistic exploration，along with current challenges and development recommendations，thereby providing a comprehensive review in the treatment of BE’s esophagus of TCM. |
