| 生物碱治疗2型糖尿病药理作用的研究进展 |

| 2型糖尿病(T2DM)是一种复杂的代谢紊乱性疾病,发病机理复杂,易引起多种并发症,严重威胁人类健康。传统治疗药物在发挥降血糖作用的同时大多会产生严重的副作用并诱发糖尿病并发症,而一些具有降血糖作用的生物碱因其来源广泛、毒副作用小等优势,引起人们关注。目前已有大量文献报道,生物碱具有良好的降血糖活性的同时可积极治疗糖尿病并发症。本文整理了具有代表性的有关生物碱单体成分,如小檗碱、1-脱氧野尻霉素、石斛碱、苦参碱等,综述了其治疗2型糖尿病及其并发症的药理作用机制。以期为2型糖尿病及其并发症的治疗和生物碱类药物开发提供理论参考。 |

| Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) is a complex metabolic disorder with complex pathogenesis,which is prone to cause a variety of complications and seriously threatens human health. While traditional therapeutic drugs play a hypoglycemic role,most of them will produce serious side effects and induce diabetic complications,while some alkaloids with hypoglycemic effects have attracted people’s attention because of their advantages of wide range of sources and low toxic side effects. At present,a large number of literature has reported that alkaloids have good hypoglycemic activity and can actively treat diabetic complications. In this paper,we summarize the representative alkaloid monomer components,such as berberine,1-deoxynojirimycin,dendrobine,matrine,etc.,and review the pharmacological mechanism of their pharmacological effects in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and its complications. In order to provide a theoretical reference for the treatment of type 2 diabetes and its complications and the development of alkaloid drugs. |
