心肌纤维化发病分子机制及中医药治疗药物研究进展

摘要:
心肌纤维化(MF)是多种心血管疾病进程中的共同病理变化,主要表现为心肌成纤维细胞(CFs)异常增殖、细胞外基质(ECM)过度沉积及异常分布。虽然MF严重危害人类健康,但当前针对该病理变化,尚无特效治疗药物和治疗方法。文章系统综述了MF的病理机制、分子机制和生物信号通路,并对临床及基础研究中具有改善MF的中药进行归纳总结,为后续开发新型抗MF治疗药物提供科学研究基础。

Abstract:
myocardial fibrosis(MF) is a common pathological change in the development of multiple cardiovascular diseases,characterized by abnormal proliferation of cardiac fibroblasts(CFs) and extracellular matrix(ECM) over deposition and abnormal distribution. Although MF seriously endangers people’s health,there are no specific therapeutic drugs and methods for this pathological change at present. In this paper,the pathological mechanism,molecular mechanism and biological signaling pathway of MF are systematically reviewed,and the Chinese medicines that have the effect of improving myocardial fibrosis in clinical and basic studies are summarized,which provides a scientific research basis for the subsequent development of novel anti-MF therapeutic drugs.
