摘要:

中医药期刊是中医药知识体系传承与创新的核心载体，在中医的文化传播、学术交流、国际对话及实践应用中发挥重要作用。文章就中医药期刊的历史演进、中医药期刊在继承和发扬中华传统文化中的作用、中医药期刊文化传承功能的现存挑战、中医药期刊文化传承功能的优化策略等4个方面，对中医药期刊现状进行了分析，提出了相应的问题与思考，为更好发挥中医药期刊在中医药事业发展中的作用提供参考。

Abstract:

Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） journals serve as the core carriers for the inheritance and innovation of the TCM knowledge system，playing a vital role in the cultural dissemination，academic exchange，international dialogue，and practical application of TCM. This paper analyzes the current status of TCM journals from four aspects：their historical evolution，their role in inheriting and promoting traditional Chinese culture，the existing challenges to their cultural inheritance function，and optimization strategies for this function. Corresponding issues and reflections are put forward，aiming to provide references for enhancing the role of TCM journals in the development of the TCM field.
