| 恶性肿瘤对人们的生命健康造成了严重的威胁，化疗是临床上恶性肿瘤治疗常用的手段之一，免疫抑制是化疗过程中最常见的毒副作用，会加重机体感染的风险，影响肿瘤患者的预后。5-氟脲嘧啶（5-FU）会诱发免疫抑制这一毒副反应，对患者的生存造成严重的威胁。因此，了解5-FU引起免疫抑制的作用机制，才能更有效地指导临床用药和开发新的药物去改善这一副作用，进而改善患者的生存和预后。目前中医药在改善化疗药物诱导的免疫抑制发挥着积极的作用，能够显著提高患者的免疫力，文章将着重从5-FU引起的免疫抑制的作用机制和中医药防治5-FU诱导的免疫抑制的研究进展两方面进行阐述，为中医药防治化疗诱导的免疫抑制提供坚实的理论基础。 |

| Malignant tumors pose a serious threat to people’s life and health. Chemotherapy is one of the commonly used methods for treating malignant tumors in clinical practice. Immunosuppression is the most common toxic side effect during chemotherapy，which can increase the risk of infection and affect the prognosis of cancer patients. 5-FU can induce immunosuppression as an adverse reaction，seriously threatening patient survival. Therefore，understanding the mechanism of 5-FU-induced immunosuppression is crucial for effectively guiding clinical medication and developing new drugs to mitigate this side effect，thereby improving patient survival and prognosis. Currently，Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） plays a positive role in ameliorating chemotherapy-induced immunosuppression and can significantly enhance patients’ immunity. This review will focus on both the mechanism of 5-FU-induced immunosuppression and the research progress in TCM for preventing and treating 5-FU-induced immunosuppression， aiming to provide a solid theoretical basis for TCM in managing chemotherapy-induced immunosuppression. |
