透明质酸功能化的纳米递送系统改善中药活性成分口服生物利用度的研究进展

摘要:
对于递送中药中溶解度低、易代谢、难以跨越生物屏障的中药活性成分,透明质酸功能化的纳米递送系统体现出多重优势,主要表现在其优异的生物相容性和可降解性。这类载体能够有效增加中药活性成分的溶解性,维持药物的稳定性,促进其肠道吸收,从而显著提升口服给药的生物利用度。文章综述了目前已发表的有关透明质酸功能化的纳米递送系统作为口服药物递送载体,用于递送中药活性成分的相关研究成果,旨在为提高中药活性成分的口服生物利用度提供新策略,并为推动中医药现代化发展提供新途径。

Advances in hyaluronic acid-functionalized nano-delivery system for improving oral bioavailability of active ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine

Abstract:
For the delivery of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) active ingredients that are poorly soluble,easily metabolized,and difficult to cross biological barriers,hyaluronic acid-functionalized nanocarrier systems demonstrate multiple advantages,primarily due to their excellent biocompatibility and biodegradability. These carriers effectively enhance the solubility of TCM active ingredients,maintain drug stability,and promote intestinal absorption,thereby significantly improving the bioavailability of oral administration. This review summarizes the current published research findings on hyaluronic acid-functionalized nanocarrier systems as oral drug delivery carriers for delivering active components of TCM. The aim is to provide new strategies for improving the oral bioavailability of active components of TCM and to offer new avenues for advancing the modernization of TCM.
