《黄帝内经》“神不使”理论探究

摘要:

“神不使”最早记载于《素问·汤液醪醴论》：“形弊血尽而功不立者何？岐伯曰：神不使也。”可知“神不使”即营卫运行失调、脏腑功能逆乱、人体机能下降之状态。由此反推，“神使”即通过药物、针灸、导引及医患沟通等方法，恢复机体修复能力、重建生理功能之过程。据此，文章提出“神使”理论，即通过“调畅神机”重建生理有序状态，“激发神应”以激活机体响应，进而“促进神使”以恢复免疫调节、自我修复及抗病能力，最终达到恢复正常生理功能的目的，即“恢复神用”。

Abstract:

“Shenbushi”（the failure of shen to command）was first recorded in Su Wen：Tangye Laolilun：“Why is it that when the physical form is exhausted and the blood depleted，therapeutic efforts fail to take effect? QI Bo replied：Because the shen fails to command.”The indicates that“Shenbushi”refers to a state characterized by disordered movement of ying-nutrient qi and wei-defensive qi，dysfunction of the zang-fu organs，and decline of bodily function. By inference，“Shenshi”（shen commanding）denotes the process by which the body’s reparative capacity is restored and physiological function is reconstructed through Chinese medication，acupuncture and moxibustion，daoyin，physician-patient communication，and other interventions. On basis，the author proposes the theory of shen commanding：by“regulating and unblocking the shen mechanism”，the body’s ordered physiological state is re-established；by“eliciting shen responsiveness”，the body’s capacity to respond is activated；by further “promoting shen commanding”，immune regulation，self-repair，and resistance to disease are restored；and ultimately，normal physiological function is recovered，namely，“restoring shen function”.
