| 基于营卫气血角度，对《金匮要略》百合病的病因、病位、病机、治法、方药进行分析。提出百合病的核心病机在于营卫气血不和。百合病的遣方用药重视营卫和三焦，尤其肺、胃、肾3脏，治则以调和营卫、益阴济阳为核心，重视三焦营卫通畅，祛邪以安正。该认识对挖掘百合病内涵及临床治疗疑难神经精神性疾患具有重要价值。 |

| Abstract: |
| Based on the perspective of ying-wei and qi-blood，the article analyzes the etiology，location，pathogenesis， treatment methods，and formulas for lily disease in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber. It proposes that the core pathogenesis of lily disease lies in the disharmony of ying-wei and qi-blood. The prescription and medication for lily disease emphasize ying-wei and the Sanjiao，particularly the lungs，stomach，and kidneys. The treatment principle centers on harmonizing ying-wei，supplementing yin and assisting yang，while emphasizing the smoothness of the Sanjiao and ying-wei to eliminate pathogenic factors and stabilize healthy qi. The understanding holds significant value for exploring the connotation of lily disease and for the clinical treatment of difficult neuropsychiatric disorders. |
