| 针刺得气是指在针刺过程中，医者将针具刺入患者腧穴，通过特定手法，使患者局部感到酸、麻、胀、痛等感觉，同时医者在针下亦感到沉涩、紧滞感。得气强弱及其持续时间与针刺效果密切相关，是针灸临床中不可或缺的重要环节。文章通过梳理近年来国内外针刺得气影响因素的相关文献，从医者和患者两个方面对其进行总结，为临床针刺得气的激发与调控提供参考。 |

| Deqi in acupuncture refers to the sensation experienced during needling，where the practitioner inserts the needle into the patient’s acupoint and uses specific techniques to induce feelings such as soreness，numbness， fullness，or aching at the local site. Simultaneously，the practitioner may feel a sense of heaviness，tightness，or resistance at the needle. The intensity and duration of deqi are closely related to the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and represent an indispensable aspect of clinical practice. The article reviews recent domestic and international literature on factors influencing deqi，summarizing them from both the practitioner’s and the patient’s perspectives，aiming to provide a reference for eliciting and regulating deqi in clinical acupuncture. |
