红景天苷在骨骼疾病防治中的研究进展

摘要:
红景天苷是景天科植物大花红景天的主要活性成分。近年来研究表明,红景天苷通过促进骨形成、抑制骨吸收、改善骨微环境等多重药理作用机制,对多种骨骼疾病具有显著治疗潜力。其在骨质疏松症、骨关节炎、骨坏死、骨肿瘤等骨骼疾病的防治中展现出独特优势,体现了红景天苷在骨骼疾病治疗领域的重要价值。文章综述了红景天苷治疗骨骼疾病的应用研究进展及药理作用机制,旨在为中药治疗骨骼类疾病提供理论依据和新的治疗思路。

Research progress of salidroside in the prevention and treatment of bone diseases

Abstract:
Salidroside is the main active component of Rhodiola crenulata,a plant from the Crassulaceae family. Recent studies have shown that salidroside exerts significant therapeutic potential for various bone diseases through multiple pharmacological mechanisms,including promoting bone formation,inhibiting bone resorption,and improving the bone microenvironment. It has demonstrated unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis,osteoarthritis,osteonecrosis,and bone tumors,highlighting the important value of salidroside in the treatment of bone diseases. The article reviews the research progress and pharmacological mechanisms of salidroside in the treatment of bone diseases,aiming to provide a theoretical basis and new therapeutic ideas for the treatment of bone diseases with traditional Chinese medicine.
