| 糖尿病周围神经病（DPN）是以四肢对称性疼痛为主要表现的糖尿病并发症之一。DPN疼痛发作表现出自外周向中枢的方向性特征，即外周神经形成持续疼痛信号，通过传入神经至中枢疼痛矩阵，形成中枢疼痛敏化。针刺通过抗炎、抗氧化、调节中枢核团突触连接方式缓解DPN疼痛，并提供现代影像技术证据支持。这一综述为临床应用针刺干预DPN疼痛发作提供理论基础。 |

| Diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）is one of the complications of diabetes characterized mainly by symmetrical pain in the limbs. The pain attack of DPN is characterized by a directional feature from the periphery to the central nervous system，that is， peripheral nerves form continuous pain signals，which are transmitted to the central pain matrix through afferent nerves，forming central pain sensitization. Acupuncture alleviates DPN pain through anti-inflammatory，antioxidant effects and regulation of synaptic connections in central nuclei，and provides modern imaging technology evidence to support this. This review provides a theoretical basis for the clinical application of acupuncture intervention in PDPN. |
