中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围血管病变临床疗效观察

摘要:

[目的] 观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围血管病变的临床疗效。[方法] 将入选的糖尿病周围血管病变患者60例,随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,两组均常规治疗。治疗组给予复荣通脉胶囊口服及黄芪注射液静脉点滴联合西洛他唑口服,对照组单用西洛他唑片口服,观察两组临床症状、足背温度、踝肱动脉指数(ABI)的变化。[结果] 治疗组在改善临床症状、足背温度、ABI等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),且未见明显不良反应。[结论] 中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围血管病变,疗效优于单用西洛他唑组。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating diabetic peripheral vascular disease. [Methods] Sixty patients with diabetic peripheral vascular disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases, two groups were treated with conventional therapy. Treatment group given Furong Tongmai capsule oral and astragalus injection intravenous combined with cilostazol oral, control group with single oral cilostazol tablets, observe two groups of clinical symptoms, temperatures in dorsal foot, ABI changes. [Results] In the treatment group, the improvement of clinical symptoms, the full back temperature, ABI and other aspects of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01), and no obvious adverse reactions. [Conclusion] Effect of combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine on diabetic peripheral vascular disease is better than the single use of cilostazol.
