[目的] 观察和颜坤泰胶囊对初老大鼠外周血神经递质的影响。[方法] 采用自然老化法建立初老大鼠模型,选用48只13月龄雌性SD大鼠,随机分为模型对照组,莉芙敏组,补佳乐组,和颜坤泰胶囊高、中、低剂量组(8、4、2 g/kg),每组8只;另选8只4月龄雌性SD大鼠作为青年对照组。给药90 d后,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测各组大鼠血清中去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)含量及血浆中促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)含量。[结果] 与模型对照组比较,和颜坤泰胶囊可使初老大鼠血清中NE含量升高,5-HT、5-HIAA含量降低,血浆中β-EP含量升高,ACTH含量降低。[结论] 和颜坤泰胶囊可调节初老大鼠单胺类神经递质水平,为其改善神经内分泌紊乱提供实验依据。 |

[Objective] To investigate the effects of Heyan Kuntai capsule on monoamine neurotransmitter levels of presenile rats. [Methods] Natural aging method was adopted to establish the presenile rats model. Forty-eight 13 months female SD rats were randomly divided into model group, remifemin group, progynova group, three dose of Heyan Kuntai group, eight in each .Then choose eight of four months female SD rats as youth group. All animals were sacrificed and serum samples were collected after ninety days. The serum levels of orepinephrine (NE), dopamine (DA), hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), 5-hydroxy indole acetic acid (5-HIAA) and the plasma levels of adrenocorticotrophic hormone(ACTH), beta-endorphin(β-EP) were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). [Results] Compared with the model group, Heyan Kuntai capsule markedly increase the serum levels of NE and decrease the serum levels of 5-HT, 5-HIAA and the plasma levels of β-EP was significantly increased and the plasma levels of ACTH was decreased. [Conclusion] Heyan kuntai capsule could regulate the monoamine neurotransmitter levels of presenile rats, and provided an experimental evidence for regulating neuroendocrine functional disorder. |
