HPLC-UV法同时测定羌活酚酸和香豆素类成分含量

摘要:
[目的] 建立同时测定羌活酚酸(新绿原酸、绿原酸和阿魏酸)和香豆素(羌活醇和异欧前胡素)两类成分的高效液相色谱-紫外分析法(HPLC-UV),为羌活药材的质量评价提供技术支撑。[方法] Agilent Zorbax SB-C18反相色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸水,检测波长330 nm,进样量5 μL,流速1 mL/min。[结果] 两类成分具有良好的线性关系,方法学验证均符合要求。[结论] 该方法简单易行,重复性好,专属性强,可用于羌活药材的质量控制。

Simultaneous determination of phenolic acids and coumarins for quality control of Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii.by HPLC-UV

Abstract:
[Objective] An HPLC-UV method was established to simultaneously determine the content of phenolic acids (neochlorogenic acid, Chlorogenic acid, Ferulic acid) and coumarins (Notopterol, Isoimperatorin) for the quality control of Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii. [Methods] An Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with a guard column was used as the analytical column to separate the multi-ingredients. The mobile phase was acetonitrile and 0.2% (V/V) phosphoric acid solution. The flow rate was set at 1 mL/min. The injection volume was 5 μL and the eluent was measured at 330 nm. [Results] This method exhibited a good linear relationship, and the results of the method validation up to the requirements. [Conclusion] The established HPLC-UV assay could be used to determinate the content of Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii for the quality control.
