类风湿关节炎中的免疫与代谢研究及中医药治疗进展

摘要:

类风湿关节炎（RA）是一种风湿类慢性免疫性疾病，以关节滑膜炎症、关节破坏为特征，病情危急且难以治疗，给患者带来了极大的身体与心理负担，严重影响患者生活质量。通过对近些年国内外的文献进行梳理，总结和分析了RA的致病原因。免疫机制和炎症反应被确认为RA的主要致病机制。文章除了从T细胞、B细胞、巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞以及成纤维细胞样滑膜细胞角度论述RA，也综述了RA的代谢产物与代谢酶。RA的西医治疗方式主要为抑制免疫，但难以治愈，中医药干预治疗目前较为常见。

Abstract:

Rheumatoid arthritis（RA） is a chronic immune-mediated rheumatic disease characterized by synovitis and joint destruction，posing significant physical and psychological challenges to patients and adversely impacting their quality of life. This article provides a comprehensive review and analysis of the pathogenic factors of RA based on recent domestic and international literature. The primary pathogenic mechanisms of RA have been identified as the immune mechanism and inflammatory response. In addition to exploring the roles of T cells，B cells，macrophages，neutrophils，and fibroblast-like synovial cells，the metabolic products and enzymes associated with RA have also been examined. Currently，the treatment method of Western medicine mainly focuses on suppressing immunity，but it is difficult to truly cure. In contrast，there is a growing prevalence of traditional Chinese medicine interventions for the treatment of RA.
