天麻蜜环菌复合物的工艺研究

摘要:
[目的] 制备天麻蜜环菌复合物。[方法] 液体深层发酵培养蜜环菌菌丝并对菌丝进行预处理制作得壁材,与天麻母液复合制备天麻蜜环菌复合物,分别考察天麻蜜环菌比、复合时间、复合温度对天麻蜜环菌复合物的影响,且对工艺进行优化。对天麻母液、蜜环菌壁材与天麻蜜环菌复合物进行自由基清除实验。并研究天麻蜜环菌复合物在pH1.2、pH6.8、pH7.8不同释放介质中的释放差异。[结果] 天麻蜜环菌复合物最佳复合条件为天麻母液:蜜环菌壁材为1∶4,复合时间为12 h,复合温度为70 ℃。其清除能力为天麻蜜环菌复合物>天麻母液>蜜环菌壁材。天麻蜜环菌复合物在pH1.2酸性介质中释放最快。[结论] 天麻蜜环菌复合物制备工艺合理,抗氧化能力较强,释放较快,可为后续的应用研究提供参考。

Research on the Process of Gastrodia elata and Armillaria mellea Complex

Abstract:
[Objective] To formulate a complex of Gastrodia elata and Armillaria mellea. [Methods] Liquid deep fermentation was employed to cultivate the mycelium of Armillaria mellea,which was subjected to pretreatment to devise wall material. This wall material was then combined with the Gastrodia elata mother liquid to yield the Gastrodia elata and Armillaria mellea complex. The effects of the ratio of Gastrodia elata to Armillaria mellea,complexation time,and complexation temperature on the properties of the complex were systematically examined,and the process was optimized. Additionally,free radical scavenging assays were conducted on the Gastrodia elata mother liquid,the wall material of Armillaria mellea,and the resulting complex. The release profiles of the Gastrodia elata and Armillaria mellea complex in various media at pH 1.2,pH 6.8,and pH 7.8 were also investigated. [Results] The optimal conditions for preparing the Gastrodia elata and Armillaria mellea complex were determined to be a ratio of Gastrodia elata mother liquid to Armillaria mellea wall material of 1:4,a complexation time of 12 hours,and a complexation temperature of 70 ℃. The scavenging capacity was observed in the order:Gastrodia elata and Armillaria mellea complex>Gastrodia elata mother liquid>Armillaria mellea wall material. The complex exhibited the fastest release in an acidic medium at pH 1.2. [Conclusion] The preparation process of the Gastrodia elata and Armillaria mellea complex is rational,exhibiting strong antioxidant capacity and rapid release,thus providing valuable insights for subsequent application studies.
