摘要:

便秘是由多种因素所引起的胃肠道疾病，常导致肛裂、痔疮等并发症，严重影响患者的生活质量。目前，化学药物治疗便秘存在不良反应较大、耐药性等问题，而中药治疗便秘具有丰富的临床经验，因其不良反应较少、用药依从性较好，成为研究的热点。首荟通便胶囊是南京中医药大学周仲瑛教授的临床经验方，该方由8味中药配伍而成，具有养阴益气、泻浊通便的功效，适用于气阴两虚所引起的便秘。研究表明，首荟通便胶囊通过修复肠道屏障和调节便秘相关信号通路发挥治疗便秘的作用。本文系统梳理并阐述了首荟通便胶囊治疗便秘的作用机制，旨在为其进一步研发和临床合理应用提供理论依据和参考。

Abstract:

Constipation is a gastrointestinal disease caused by a variety of factors，often leading to anal fissure， hemorrhoids and other complications，which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. At present，the chemical treatment of constipation has problems such as large adverse reactions and drug resistance，while traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）has rich clinical experience in treating constipation，and has become a hot spot for research because of its fewer adverse reactions and better drug compliance. Shouhui Tongbian Capsule is a clinical formula of Professor ZHOU Zhongying of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine，which is composed of eight Chinese medicines，with the effects of nourishing yin，benefiting qi，eliminating turbidity，and promoting defecation， and is suitable for constipation caused by qi and yin deficiencies. Studies have shown that Shouhui Tongbian Capsule works by repairing the intestinal barrier and regulating constipation-related signaling pathways to treat constipation. In this paper，the mechanism of Shouhui Tongbian Capsule in treating constipation is systematically analyzed and described，aiming to provide a theoretical basis and reference for its further research and development as well as its rational clinical application.
